Parking

All vehicles are prohibited from parking on the grass to include common areas and owners’ private property at any time, parking violations will be issued.

RV’s, Boats & Campers

RV’s, boats, and campers can only be parked inside an owner’s garage unless having it serviced. No overnight RV, boat, or camper parking is permitted in the owner driveway or on the street.

Kelly Plantation Owners and immediate family members can enter through the owners’ right entry side via an issued RFID sticker or FOB device. These can be obtained from the Management Office.

All guests must provide an owner’s name, address, and a valid ID to verify access.

Parking

Contractors or commercial vehicles servicing a particular home shall park in the driveway of the property. If the driveway is not available, Contractors must park in the street in front of the home being serviced. If parking in the street blocks or impedes passing traffic, Contractors must park in a designated overflow parking area. These designated areas shall vary from neighborhood to neighborhood.

Contractor Access Hours

• March – October 7 am to 6 pm
• November – February 7 am to 5 pm
• No Contractors permitted on Sunday
• No Contractors permitted on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Registration & Temporary Passes

Contractors who routinely access Kelly Plantation must register with the Management office and display a current Kelly Plantation Contractor Pass. Only Contractors performing a temporary service, lasting no more than 5 days, will be given a free temporary contractor pass. Any work that exceeds the 5-day limit must be registered with the  Management office.
