Pickleball

Kelly Plantation Pickleball Court Rules:

1. Courts are for Kelly Plantation Owners and their accompanied guests, ONLY.
2. Owners are allowed a maximum of 3 guests per household.
3. Courts are for Pickleball play ONLY.
4. During established group play times, play is on a rotation, everyone plays basis.
5. No chairs, food, glass containers, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, or pets allowed inside the courts.
6. Appropriate attire, to include shirt, is required at all times.
7. No loud music at any time.
8. Courts are open from 8 am to 8 pm daily. No trespassing or after hour use allowed.
9. Owner identification must be provided upon request by HOA Staff.
