Owners’ Club House, Deck, Grill, Pool, & Kids Playground

The Kelly Plantation HOA hosts several annual social events, club events, private homeowners events, Board meetings, and Town Halls at the Owners’ Club throughout the year.

The Owners’ Club is available on a “first come first served” basis and requires online reservations. Fees and deposit checks can be mailed or dropped off at the Management Office. Please make checks payable to “Kelly Plantation Owners Association.”

Owners’ Club House

The Club House is the heart of Kelly Plantation’s annual social events. The Association also hosts several social club events in addition to the Board and Town Hall meetings throughout the year. Homeowners can reserve the Club house for themselves and their guests online.

Covered Deck & Grilling Facilities

The large patio deck features a fireplace and a gas grill. Homeowners are responsible for cleaning the grill and returning the key.

The Kelly Plantation community pool is available year round for use by all homeowners and their guests.

Kids Playground

The Owners’ Club playground has been updated and is tailored for the 3 to 12 year age groups. The new playground features a toddler slide, wall and infinity climber, and a tunnel and twist slide. The playground is surrounded by natural shade and a bench for enjoyment.
