David Bell
General Manager
David Bell serves as the General Manager of Kelly Plantation. With a strong background in community management and operations, David oversees the day-to-day administration of the property, ensuring that residents enjoy a well-maintained, secure, and vibrant neighborhood. He works closely with the Board of Directors and staff to support the community’s vision while upholding the high standards Kelly Plantation is known for.
Kelly Cipriani
Assistant Manager
Kelly Cipriani serves as the Assistant Manager at Kelly Plantation, where she helps with the day-to-day operations of the community. She works alongside the General Manager, supporting residents, staff, and vendors to keep things running smoothly. Kelly brings experience from VMG, where she worked with a master association representing more than 1,400 owners and commercial spaces.
